What is SplatCap 3D?
SplatCap 3D turns real environments into photorealistic, navigable 3D experiences that can be shared by link or embedded on a website.
What is a Gaussian splat?
It is a modern way to represent a real scene in 3D while preserving photographic detail, depth, and atmosphere. Visitors can move through the result in a browser.
What spaces can you capture?
Homes, commercial properties, venues, construction sites, industrial facilities, public spaces, and other accessible environments.
How long does capture take?
Small, unobstructed interiors can be captured quickly. Larger, active, outdoor, or multi-zone sites may require several hours or multiple visits.
How long does delivery take?
Turnaround depends on the site and deliverables. A delivery estimate is included with the quote.
What do we receive?
Most projects include a hosted 3D viewer link. Website embeds, screenshots, guided views, annotations, private access, and archive files are available by scope.
Is it survey-grade?
A standard SplatCap 3D tour is intended for visual communication, not certified survey measurement. Survey-controlled LiDAR and photogrammetry are available separately through Drone Services Canada Inc.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on size, complexity, access, travel, hosting, and the final presentation requirements.
What do you need for a quote?
Send the site type, location, approximate size, intended audience, and preferred timeline. Plans or photos are helpful but not required for an initial estimate.
